We provide a SaaS platform that allows businesses to manage WhatsApp conversations, utilize chatbots, and send broadcasts using the official WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information during registration and verification.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws.
- Adhere to the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Business Policy.
- Obtain necessary opt-in consents from your customers before messaging them.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to send spam, offensive content, or messages that violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or Meta's policies.
5. Fees and Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or any interruption of service provided by Meta.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
